PKR99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Member") and PKR99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at pkr99.im. They apply to all services provided through the PKR99 website and mobile interface, including sports betting, card games, esports betting, promotional offers and the VIP Club.

PKR99 is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By accessing or using any part of the PKR99 platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with PKR99 under these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, although we strongly discourage shared account use.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR99.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: Your registered PKR99 membership account through which you access the platform and conduct all transactions.
• Balance: The total PKR funds held in your PKR99 wallet, consisting of real money deposits and any eligible bonus funds, shown separately where applicable.
• Bet: Any wager placed on a sporting event, card game outcome or other market offered by PKR99.
• Bonus Funds: Any credit granted to your account through a promotional offer, welcome bonus or loyalty reward. These are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Event: Any sports match, esports tournament, card game session or other outcome on which PKR99 offers betting markets.
• Market: A specific betting option within an event, such as match winner, total runs or top batsman.
• Settlement: The process by which PKR99 determines the result of a bet and credits or debits your account accordingly.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times bonus funds must be bet before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.

To use PKR99's real-money services, you must create an account. Registration is available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person — corporate or entity registrations are not accepted.
• You have not previously had a PKR99 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and current.

Each member is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. PKR99 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis and payment matching to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKR99 staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately via support@pkr99.im and change your password at once.

PKR99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of your membership — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, after a significant win, or during a routine compliance review. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC).

Documents that may be requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and confirmation that the payment method used belongs to you. All documents submitted are processed securely and handled in accordance with the PKR99 Privacy Policy.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is complete for accounts flagged for verification. PKR99 commits to completing standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts that fail to respond to a KYC request within 30 days may be suspended pending resolution.

PKR99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only, through the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (mobile wallet)
• SadaPay (mobile wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard (Pakistani-issued bank cards)

The minimum deposit on PKR99 is Rs 200. There is no fee applied by PKR99 on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits credited from Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your PKR99 wallet within seconds.

PKR99 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source will be returned to the originating account and the deposit will not be credited. Repeat instances of third-party deposits may result in account review.

Deposited funds that remain unused in your PKR99 wallet for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.

Withdrawals on PKR99 are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, in PKR. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect members against fraud. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT are processed within standard banking hours and typically clear the same day. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on your card issuer.

Before your first withdrawal, PKR99 will confirm that the payment method you intend to withdraw to is registered in your name. This verification is a one-time process and does not apply to subsequent withdrawals once completed.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawals requested during a self-exclusion period will be processed after the exclusion period ends, minus any bonus balances forfeited under the responsible gaming policy.
• PKR99 VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal handling, with faster processing times than standard accounts.

PKR99 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, free bet credits and VIP cashback. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms plus any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

The following rules apply to all PKR99 bonus offers unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• A minimum qualifying deposit is required to activate most bonuses — this will be specified in the offer terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the standard requirement is 20× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus wagering expires at the end of this period and the bonus balance is removed.
• Only bets at odds of 1.50 or greater count towards bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
• PKR99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has begun, the terms in place at the time of credit will apply.

All bets placed on PKR99 are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once PKR99 has confirmed it and your account balance has been adjusted. Screen captures showing a bet placed but not yet confirmed do not constitute evidence of a valid bet.

Obvious errors: Where odds are published due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure at a price that is clearly out of line with the true market value, PKR99 reserves the right to void affected bets at any time before or after settlement. This applies to all markets including in-play. Members who identify a potential pricing error are asked to contact support rather than placing bets on it.

Event abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned or does not complete according to the rules of the relevant governing body, bets are settled as follows:

• Match winner markets: voided and stakes returned if no official result is declared.
• In-play markets: settled on the position at the time of suspension if sufficient play has occurred per the sport-specific rules; otherwise voided.
• Tournament outright markets: remain open if the event is rescheduled; voided if the event is cancelled entirely.

Results: All betting results follow official governing body decisions. For cricket this means the relevant cricket board (PCB for domestic Pakistan matches, ICC for international). For esports this means the official tournament organiser's result. Unofficial sources including social media are not used for settlement.

All card games on PKR99 — including Teen Patti, Poker, Rummy and any live dealer variants — operate under the specific game rules published within each game lobby. These general terms apply additionally:

• All card game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for software-dealt games or by physical card handling by professional dealers for live dealer games. PKR99 does not and cannot influence outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, the round will be settled based on the cards dealt and the game state at the point of disconnection. Reconnecting does not grant the right to replay or undo a round in progress.
• Minimum and maximum table stakes are displayed in the game lobby before joining. Exceeding a table maximum is prevented by the system; minimum stack requirements are enforced at the point of joining a table.
• Collusion between players at the same table — including sharing card information via external communication — is strictly prohibited and monitored actively by PKR99's security systems.

PKR99 offers in-play betting on cricket, esports and select other markets. In-play betting operates under additional conditions:

• In-play odds change rapidly and reflect live match conditions. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time you begin the placement process.
• PKR99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a match — for example, during a wicket review in cricket or a pause in play. Bets submitted during a suspended period will be rejected and no deduction will be made from your balance.
• Where a bet is submitted and the odds change before confirmation, PKR99 will apply its best-odds guarantee for standard pre-match markets where applicable, or reject and return the stake for in-play submissions where the odds have shifted materially.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place in-play bets faster than human reaction allows is classified as prohibited conduct under Section 11.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on PKR99. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on PKR99 in any name.
• Providing false, incomplete or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Placing bets on events where you have any insider knowledge or influence over the outcome.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms or any tools that give an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other PKR99 members to manipulate card game outcomes or share information during live games.
• Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities in the platform ("arbing" to exploit mispriced odds is included in this category).
• Any action intended to deceive PKR99 staff, manipulate account balances, or circumvent the bonus wagering rules through artificial or coordinated wagering patterns.
• Money laundering or using PKR99 accounts as a mechanism to move funds of illegal origin.

PKR99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity, balances may be frozen pending investigation or law enforcement involvement.

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, PKR99 will provide written notice via email within 48 hours of the decision. The notice will state the general grounds for the closure. Members who believe a closure was made in error may request a review by contacting support@pkr99.im within 14 days of the closure notice. Reviews are conducted by a senior member of the PKR99 team not involved in the original decision.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Real money balances (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned to the registered payment method within five business days following a voluntary closure request.

PKR99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the full Privacy Policy published on the platform. Key points relevant to these Terms are:

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity and communicate with you regarding your account.
• PKR99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your betting and gaming activity data is used for fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring and improving the platform's service quality.
• Communications from PKR99 — including promotional emails and SMS — can be opted out of at any time from your account settings. Transactional communications related to your account and bets cannot be disabled.

PKR99 is committed to providing a safe environment for betting and gaming. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm. Our responsible gaming tools are available to all members at all times from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Stake limits: Cap the maximum amount you can wager on any single bet.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications at intervals you set to keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Remove yourself from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. Self-exclusion activates instantly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

PKR99 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur. We will endeavour to notify members in advance of significant planned downtime.

PKR99's liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount held in that member's account balance at the time of the relevant incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind arising from use of the PKR99 platform.

We are not responsible for the quality or reliability of the internet or mobile network connection you use to access PKR99. Bets submitted during connectivity issues are governed by the in-play and disconnection rules stated in Sections 9 and 10 above.

PKR99 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — changes that affect your rights as a member — we will notify all registered members by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continuing to use PKR99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your balance without penalty.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications to existing language, corrections of typographical errors or updates to payment method availability — may be made without advance notice and will not require fresh member acceptance.

For formal account dispute submissions, please include your registered account email address, a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. PKR99 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 24 hours and providing a full response within five business days.

Responsible gaming enquiries and self-exclusion requests are treated as priority communications and handled by a dedicated team, separate from general customer support.
