PKR99 FAQ – Answers to Your Betting Questions

Yes, completely free. There are no registration fees, no monthly charges and no hidden costs just for having a PKR99 account. You only spend money when you choose to deposit and place a bet.

No. PKR99 allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or different details — violates our Terms and Conditions. When duplicate accounts are found, all of them are closed and balances may be forfeited. If you're unsure whether you have a dormant old account, contact support before registering again.

Email support@pkr99.im from your currently registered email address with your CNIC number and a brief request to update your contact details. For mobile number changes, you'll need to complete identity verification first. Changes are usually processed within 24 hours.

You can request account closure by emailing support@pkr99.im. Before the account is closed, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. If you're closing your account due to gambling concerns, consider self-exclusion via Responsible Gaming settings first — it provides stronger protection and activates immediately.

PKR99 supports all major Pakistani payment methods:

The minimum deposit on PKR99 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger a routine compliance check before funds are credited. VIP members may have different limits — see VIP Club for details.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are typically credited within seconds. IBFT bank transfers process during banking hours and usually clear the same day. Visa/Mastercard deposits take a few minutes. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact support@pkr99.im with your transaction reference number.

No. PKR99 strictly requires that all deposits come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — for example, a JazzCash account belonging to a family member — will be returned and your account may be reviewed. This rule protects everyone on the platform from fraud and money laundering.

PKR99 does not charge deposit fees. Your own mobile wallet provider or bank may charge a small transfer fee on their end — check with Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank directly. PKR99 has no control over third-party fees, but our platform-side deposit processing is free.

Log in to your PKR99 account, go to the Cashier section and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method you used to deposit — PKR99 does not send funds to third-party accounts.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 0–24 hours for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT bank transfers take 1–3 working days depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 3–5 working days. VIP members receive priority processing — typically within a few hours for digital wallet withdrawals.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay are: pending KYC verification (required before your first withdrawal), active wagering requirements on a bonus, a mismatch between your account name and your payment account name, or a routine compliance check on large amounts. Check your account notifications for any pending actions and contact support@pkr99.im if nothing is flagged.

The minimum withdrawal amount on PKR99 is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for verified accounts, though very large single withdrawals may require an additional compliance review before processing.

PKR99 covers PSL (Pakistan Super League), Pakistan international fixtures (Tests, ODIs, T20Is), major ICC tournaments (World Cup, Champions Trophy), IPL, BBL, CPL and other major leagues. PKR99 displays odds in decimal format by default. A decimal odd of 2.50 means that for every Rs 100 you bet, you receive Rs 250 back if you win (your Rs 100 stake plus Rs 150 profit). Yes. PKR99 offers live in-play cricket betting with markets that update in real time throughout the match. You can bet on the next wicket, runs in the current over, method of dismissal, whether a six is hit next ball and dozens of other live markets. Markets may suspend briefly during high-action moments like the last ball of an over — this is normal and they reopen within seconds.

A bet is voided when the event or market it was placed on cannot be settled normally — for example, if a cricket match is abandoned due to rain, or if a player on whom a bet was placed withdraws before competing. When a bet is voided, your full stake is returned to your PKR99 wallet. In accumulator bets, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.

Yes. PKR99 has a dedicated Esports Betting section covering PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Valorant, CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends and FIFA. Markets include match winner, map winner, first blood, total rounds and tournament outrights. Esports betting is particularly popular with Pakistani players given the massive local PUBG Mobile and Free Fire communities.

New PKR99 members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to Rs 10,000, plus a Rs 500 free bet credit. A Rs 5,000 first deposit gives you Rs 10,000 to play with. A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it as real money. On PKR99, the standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20× the bonus amount on qualifying bets at odds of 1.50 or higher within 30 days. Example: Rs 2,000 bonus → Rs 40,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Your progress tracker in your account dashboard shows exactly how much of the requirement has been met.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. You can withdraw your real-money balance at any time — only the bonus balance is subject to wagering conditions. If you choose to withdraw your real-money balance before completing the wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings attributable to it will be forfeited.

Teen Patti is a three-card game where each player and the dealer receive three cards. The aim is to have a higher-ranked hand than the dealer. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to confirm your identity before processing your first withdrawal. This protects you — it ensures nobody else can withdraw from your account — and allows PKR99 to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. KYC requires a copy of your CNIC (front and back). Review typically takes under 48 hours once documents are submitted.

Log in, go to Account Settings → Security, and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. PKR99 uses SMS OTP — every login from a new device will require a one-time passcode sent to your registered mobile number. This takes under a minute to set up and is the single most effective security measure you can apply to your PKR99 account.

Change your password immediately using the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page, then email support@pkr99.im with "URGENT – Unauthorised Access" as the subject. Include your registered mobile number and a brief description of what you noticed. Our security team will review your account activity, freeze suspicious transactions and contact you within the hour.

Never. PKR99 support staff will never ask for your password or SMS OTP under any circumstances. If someone contacts you claiming to be PKR99 support and asks for either of these, it is a scam — do not share them. Report the contact to support@pkr99.im immediately.

PKR99 provides six self-service responsible gaming tools accessible from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps in PKR

• Reality Checks — periodic session summaries showing time played and net result

Self-exclusion activates instantly and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Age is verified at registration and confirmed again during KYC. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed immediately and funds are returned.
